Church on the Rock (COTR) is a full-gospel, non-denominational church with two locations in Middle Tennessee (Nashville and Brentwood). COTR was founded on January 18, 1998 by Dr. Keith and Pastor Cynthia Rogan.
COTR has several internal ministries geared towards building strong families rooted in Faith: Mighty Men of Valor, Women of Purpose and Power, Revamp Young Adults, Implanted Youth Group, Super Church, and Nursery. In addition, members of COTR reach out to the Nashville community through our Women's Prison Ministry and the Nursing Home Ministry.
COTR is a branch of Church on the Rock in New Albany, IN, which was founded by Dr. Michael P. Jacobs and his wife, Pastor Diana Jacobs. Dr. Rogan and Pastor Cynthia served in the Ministry of Helps under Dr. Jacobs for 13 years before being called to start COTR in their hometown of Nashville, TN. Dr. Jacobs continues to impart to Dr. Rogan and Pastor Cynthia through mentoring meetings and Word & Spirit meetings hosted throughout the United States.
COTR is a growing church with a family atmosphere and a strong move of the Spirit. We believe that God continues to demonstrate His glory through signs, wonders and miracles. Because he loves us, we honor Him through holiness and obedience to His Word. We declare that we are blessed beyond measure, that we are perfectly healed, and that His love and light shine brightly through us in the earth.
